Once your trays are ready, here’s how the treatment works:

1. Load the trays. Dispense a small amount of Opalescence PF gel from the syringe into each tooth compartment of the tray. A little goes a long way—overfilling pushes gel onto the gums, which can cause irritation.
2. Wear the trays. Place the loaded trays over your teeth and wear them for the recommended time based on your concentration (see below). The snug custom fit keeps the gel in precise contact with every surface of each tooth.
3. Remove and rinse. When the wear time is complete, remove the trays, rinse your mouth, and brush any remaining gel off your teeth. Clean the trays with a toothbrush and cool water, then store them in their case.
